Terms of Service

Effective date: August 12, 2026. By using WanVideoFree, you agree to these terms. WanVideoFree is an independently operated tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alibaba or the official Wan project.

The service

WanVideoFree provides browser-based access to third-party AI video inference. Model availability, queue time, output quality, safety decisions, and provider pricing can change. We may add, remove, or place a model in verification when its endpoint or economics are uncertain.

Accounts and credits

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Credits represent a right to use eligible generation services; they are not money, transferable property, or a stored-value account. The interface shows the credit charge for the server-locked model settings before submission.

The service charges credits before submitting a paid provider request. A submit failure, provider-reported failure, or server-settled timeout returns eligible credits once. Completed generations, user mistakes, disliked creative results, or unsupported input quality do not automatically qualify for a refund. Purchased credits and subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Your inputs and outputs

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts and uploaded media. You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed to submit them. Subject to applicable law, provider terms, and third-party rights, you may use generated output for lawful personal or commercial purposes. AI output can be inaccurate, resemble existing material, or fail to be unique; we do not guarantee copyright eligibility or exclusivity.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create or facilitate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, credible threats, graphic abuse, instructions for self-harm, infringement, fraud, malware, or other unlawful harm. You may not bypass rate limits, safety checks, credit controls, access controls, or provider restrictions; scrape the service in a way that creates disproportionate cost; or resell access without written permission.

We may block a request, suspend an account, preserve necessary evidence, or report material where reasonably required to protect people, the service, providers, or comply with law.

Availability and warranties

The service and generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular creative result, factual accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability of any model. Do not rely on generated media for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or identity decisions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanVideoFree and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party provider failures. Aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to WanVideoFree during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent lawful.

Changes, termination, and disputes

We may change the service or these terms. Material changes apply prospectively after publication. You may stop using the service at any time; we may restrict access for violation, security risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. Applicable law and forum are determined by the operator's location and mandatory consumer law; these terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
