Pricing FAQ
What is the difference between a subscription and a credit pack?
A subscription refreshes its allowance each billing cycle. A one-time pack adds the stated credits without starting a recurring plan.
When are generation credits refunded?
Eligible credits are returned once after a submit failure, provider-reported failure, or server-settled timeout. A completed creative result is not automatically a technical failure.
Can a browser request change the charged resolution?
No. The server resolves the selected catalog entry and locks the matching endpoint, duration, resolution, and credits before provider submission.
